Position Overview: 

This position supports the Manager in running the day-to-day Deal Registration function and deputizes for the Manager as needed. The Senior Deal Registration Specialist II operationalizes the weekly expiration-report cycle, supervises the team's extension queue and SLAs, handles escalations and complex registrations, and serves as the primary liaison to Brand Champions and AMs to keep the proactive registration process moving. 
What you will do as the Senior Deal Registration Specialist II: 

  • Run the weekly Deal Registration Expiration Report cycle operationally — data preparation, filtering by partner/brand, and timely hand-off to Brand Champions.
  • Supervise the [email protected] extensions queue: daily workload allocation, prioritization, and adherence to the 2-business-day acknowledgement SLA.
  • Act as first point of escalation for complex, high-value, or rejected registrations and extensions, engaging partner channel managers as needed.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and coaching of specialists; provide input into performance reviews.
  • Conduct QA on submissions and ensure adherence to vendor program rules and SOPs.
  • Partner with Brand Champions, Category Managers, AMs, Sales Managers, and PPM to resolve eligibility questions and conflicts.
  • Maintain and update SOPs and KB articles; surface process improvements to the Manager.
  • Prepare and review reports on registration volumes, expiration/approval trends, and margin impact.
  • Deputize for the Manager during absences.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What you will bring to the team:

 

  • B.A. or B.S. degree required.
  • 4–6 years in sales operations, partner/channel operations, or deal registration, including lead/supervisory experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder-coordination skills.
  • Ability to calculate discounts, margins, and percentages accurately.
  • Sound judgment to make day-to-day operational decisions independently.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel; CRM (Dynamics 365) experience preferred.
